Natural Mango Powder
Mango powder is normally obtained by using dried mango which can be done in both natural and in artificial way. In India it is normally termed as amchoor powder. The Mango Powder can be obtained from both the unripe and ripe mangoes. The unripe mango powder contains a large amount of citric acid when compared to the ripe mangoes. The power of unripe mangoes is used for citrusy seasoning.
